Bend’s East Side
Bend’s Northeast and East Side neighborhoods all have something appealing to offer new residents.
Boyd Acres is in the NE section with easy access to the shopping districts. Cascade Village and the surrounding area has boomed with new business in the past few years adding both big box stores and fun “mom and pop” stores and eateries. With access via both highways, 97 and 20, leading to Redmond and Sisters, exploring Central Oregon is easy. Mountain View (NE Bend) and the Old Orchard District (East of the Bend Parkway) are close to Pilot Butte, St. Charles Hospital, Bend Memorial Clinic and other medical offices, and the convenience of the shopping centers along Greenwood as well as The Forum shopping center. More affordable housing is also very appealing. There are many fantastic neighborhoods throughout Bend’s SE section. Most boast larger lots and established landscaping, mature growth trees. Easy access to shopping, medical facilities and all that Central Oregon has to offer.
